1. Eligibility
   
   This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand and Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of Odi Boutique Jewellery & Tropic Tan and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
   
2. How to Enter
   
   To enter, participants must sign up to the Odi Boutique Jewellery + Tropic Tan email list via the official giveaway entry form.
   
   Additional entries may be earned by following @Odiboutiquejewellery @tropictanofficial on Instagram, as outlined in the giveaway instructions.
   
3. Competition Period
   
   The giveaway runs from 9 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZT on 18 February 2026. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.
   
4. Prize Details
   
   The prize consists of two full Tropic Tan collections and 2 pairs of Odi Boutique Jewellery (one for the winner and one for their chosen best friend), totaling 8 pieces.
   
5. Packaging
   
   Giveaway items will be packaged in standard Odi Boutique Jewellery + Tropic Tan packaging. Gift packaging is not included.
   
6. Non-Transferable & No Cash Alternative
   
   The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or alternative products.
   
7. Warranty, Returns & Refunds
   
   Giveaway items are final sale and are not covered by Odi Boutique Jewellery + Tropic Tans standard warranty. They cannot be returned or refunded.
   
8. Winner Selection & Notification
   
   One winner will be randomly drawn and announced on 18 February 2026.
